Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Strictly No Refunds

At EarnWhile (operated by neetmaxima), we sell digital advertising space and impressions (B2B digital services). Due to the digital and immediate nature of our ad placements, all sales and ad-credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a payment has been successfully processed.

2. Ad Rejection and "Fix-It" Policy

We maintain high standards for the ads displayed on our platform to ensure user safety. Every ad submission undergoes a strict manual review process. If your submitted ad creative or link violates our Terms & Conditions (e.g., inappropriate content, spam, or misleading links), it will be paused and rejected.

However, your funds are not lost. We believe in giving advertisers the opportunity to comply. If your ad is rejected, you will not receive a monetary refund. Instead, you will have the continuous option to edit, fix, and resubmit your ad creative from your dashboard. Once the corrected ad passes our manual review, your campaign will resume and utilize your purchased credits/impressions.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to halt a campaign, you may pause your ad from your dashboard at any time. Pausing a campaign stops the consumption of your impressions, but the remaining balance will remain in your account as ad-credits for future use. No cash refunds will be initiated for unspent balances.
