Welcome to EarnWhile. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital advertising services provided by neetmaxima ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing ad slots or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
EarnWhile is a productivity browser extension. We provide a B2B digital advertising service where businesses can purchase ad impressions (CPM model) to be displayed within the extension interface during a user's AI waiting time.
2. Ad Content and Warning System
We maintain strict quality control over all advertisements. All submitted ads are subject to manual review. Advertisers must not submit content that is:
- Adult, explicit, or highly suggestive.
- Illegal, fraudulent, or scam-related.
- Misleading or containing malware/phishing links.
Warning System: If an ad violates these rules, it will be rejected and paused. We operate a fair warning system; you will be notified of the rejection and given the opportunity to rectify the ad content. Consistent or severe violations may result in account termination without refund.
3. Anti-Fraud and Rate Limiting
To protect our advertisers from bot traffic and ensure high-quality impressions, EarnWhile implements strict rate-limiting measures (capping the maximum number of ads shown to a user per minute). Manipulating views or attempting to bypass these systems is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments and Billing
Advertisers purchase impressions via our approved payment gateways. As stated in our Refund Policy, all transactions are final. There are no cash refunds for rejected ads, though advertisers may edit and resubmit their creatives.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the advertising service with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
